The Position
A recommendation is not a result.
Every advisory engagement ends with a document, and most of those documents die in a drawer. Not because they were wrong — because nobody's week had room for them. The team that was already stretched before the findings arrived is the same team expected to carry them out, on top of everything the findings were written about.
Implementation is embedded execution. We take the recommendations — from our own Diagnostic, from another discipline of the Method, or from another firm's report gathering dust — and turn them into a ninety-day sprint plan with named owners, a defined finish line, and a weekly cadence that we hold. The cadence is the service: someone outside the enterprise whose job is to ask, every week, whether the thing moved.
The engagement ends on purpose. Adoption is tracked through the sprint, and the last phase is a handoff that leaves your team running what was built. We do not run your business for you — we build until your team runs it, and then we leave.

What This Engagement Covers
Maison de Thu is a design and owner's-side house. We hold design, owner's-representation, and diagnostic engagement contracts. We do not hold construction contracts, do not provide legal representation, and do not offer investment advice. When a project requires construction, we help our clients select and manage a properly licensed general contractor — we do not become one.
